"So I wanted to start out my saying the food wasn't terrible. But it absolutely wasn't the best. Our family of five came to dinner tonight because our kids have been asking non stop. They loved the experience they had back home where we are from. We were seated. Our cook came over. He didn't greet us at all. We had to say hi and kinda break the ice. Our cook was uninterested in us the entire time. The steak and shrimp wasn't seasoned at all. We didn't get the hibachi experience. The thing that disappointed us the most, was our cook har another table and they were having a grand old time. Tossing the veggies and having the real hibachi experience. All while our kids were looking over watching them have that experience that we came for. It was so disheartening. I'm not sure if it was just that twenty minutes with us specifically or what. I am going to call and reach out tomorrow 2/23/24 to speak with a manager on this. I am hoping I can come back and redo the review. And our experience can be redone. It was sad to watch the next table have a good time, while when we had the same guy he didn't even speak to us. We spent over $130 for the experience. The money isn't the issue. We wanted the experience."

"Coconut shrimp tastes like cardboard, not made in house with Gulf shrimp. The chicken teriyaki was nothing to brag about, a thin pan fried chicken breast served over a need of onions with teriyaki poured over. I have no desire to come back."

"It was an Amazing experience! My whole family enjoyed every moment and dish they ordered. Our chief was outstanding! Unfortunately, I forgot his name. We were so in the moment and hungry that I didn't focus on pictures like usual and must say I don't mind this time."
