"I’ve been in this CVS three times the most recent as a first time customer needing meds. Immediately they were as unhelpful as possible stating that there is a block on the life saving meds I needed. They seemed completely focused on the resistance to assisting me in getting the meds and came up with obstacle after obstacle to be as unhelpful as possible. I had to call the hospital to get my consultant to call CVS to stop them from being so difficult and bloody minded. After a lengthy wait and painful negotiations I got the meds. went with my partner to get her prescribed necessary medication of course again they again resisted and obstructed and came up with every excuse why they couldn’t provide the necessary medication. Now we are dealing with Waveland Pharmacy as they seem more in tune with providing for their patients. While I was waiting with my partner this Tuesday there was another gentleman also being given the run around by CVS again obstructing, resisting until they capitulated to his requests. As he walked out he engaged with us and I agreed totally with him that CVS in Diamondhead is the worst pharmacy in the region. They are unhelpful, troublesome, quarrelsome and overall have no business working as a pharmacy their conduct is dangerous and causes a threat to patients with their policy of obstruction and general unhelpfulness. They need auditing and review by a local professional body and some of their staff simply need to be fired."

"This is absolutely the worst CVS or drug store I have ever encountered in my 50 years on this planet. Their customer service with prescriptions and getting them filled sets a new low bar with atrocious. My wife has had numerous issues with getting scripts filled and even had an employee bold face lie to her about a script. Today I had major dental work done to be told it would take 7 hours to fill a script for pain medication leaving me no choice but to pay for my script out of pocket at a family owned pharmacy in order to have meds on hand with the anesthesia wore off from the dentist. It's worth the drive to a different pharmacy rather than deal with CVS Diamond head."
