"Do Not waste your time or money going here ! Manager was drunk and had attitude as soon as I walked in. Manager tried to charge me $165 for a new tire and when I asked to see tire he immediately got upset and told his worker to put my old flat tire back on and to get us out of his shop. Why get mad bc I ask to see a $165 tire before purchasing unless you were doing snake activity. I would've expected this type of treatment in Jackson not Rankin County. Bad business like this makes the city look bad."
"The men here are always fast & professional. 3rd time coming here. Came in Monday morning when they opened & everyone was there ready to work. Came in for 2 tires but went ahead & got 4 for my Tahoe because their prices can’t be beat. They won’t hustle you here & try & upsale things you don’t need like the big places do. I was out in under a hour. Saturday mornings are their busiest, so try the weekdays if you are in a hurry."
"I was in need of one tire,because of how often I had to air the tire up. I called 2 Wal-Marts, one never answered the phone, and well the other was just plain rude. Called around and nobody had a) the tire I needed, and b) wanted over 125 for one tire. Good grief! My husband got to thinking, and remembered his cousin said Riverbend in Flowood. My husband went, and 30 minutes later was back with a new tire, at a great price! Thank you Riverbend! You have a new customer! By the way, hubby said yall were very nice and friendly!"
"The venom brand tires they sell are completely garbage. They are exactly what I told them I DID NOT want in a tire. But that is your only choice when you need to buy a complete set right then ( Monday 1:00pm) and you have to pay for the tires upfront before you can even see what you are buying. Unless you enjoy paying top dollar for garbage tires that probably will not last 2 years. Then this is definitely your place. It only took driving a 1/4 mile down the interstate to realize I screwed up and just wasted a bunch of money."
