"Car was unclean. Also 2 different liscence plates and car wreaked of marijuana had to take to car wash right away. Plus service here is lousy."

"Accepted rental but couldn't get a vehicle for 3 days. 3rd day get a vehicle but it's an upgrade so now I am waiting for a call to tell me to drive the 1/2 hour to swap it out. Oh and don't call as they don't answer most of the time."

"Tried renting a vehicle for the weekend. Location will not drive 2.5 miles down the road to bring vehicle. Our vehicle broke down while traveling if we had a vehicle to get to location we would not be calling to rent one. Terrible … they want to charge $300 for weekend, but can’t arrange that,"

"NO STARS CAR I RESERVED WASN’T THERE NO ASSISTANCE ON TRYING TO GET ME IN A DIFFERENT AT ANOTHER LOCATION. THEY HAD ONE VEHICLE ONE CLASS UP FROM WHAT I RESERVED THE WOMAN TOLD ME IT HAD BRAKING ISSUES AND HAD BEEN RETURNED BY PREVIOUS RENTER THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME I COULD RENT THE VEHICLE AND STARTED THE PAPERWORK WITH A KNOW SAFETY ISSUE WITH A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AS IF IM BOTHERING HER FOR ASKING HER ASSISTANCE TO CALL ANOTHER LOCATION TO VERIFY IF THEY HAD ANY AVAILABLE RENTALS THAT MATCHED MY RESERVATION!"

"No stars. They cancelled my reservation without notification. Left a voice message saying I should try booking with one of their other nearby locations because they don't carry the vehicle I reserved 2 months before they gave me a call. Had no remorse at all, said they did not have to honor my reservation and ask me did I check with Hertz. After calling the 1800 number several times and being told they would find me a vehicle, my reservation gets cancelled 6 days before my pick up date. No calls or email saying sorry we want be able to find you anything or even offer you another vehicle. I always book with them but never again. So unprofessional and to say that's why they don't ask for a deposit when reserving. How could we keep trusting people like Enterprise when they don't have their customers back? Now I'm stuck having to find a vehicle that I reserved 2 months before hand and had a confirmation number for."
