"I order a bed from them almost 2 weeks ago, they put the wrong address for my order and sent it to a different state. Instead of telling me that, they were telling me that my order was being delayed because of the weather. UPS ultimately told me that Home Depot put in the wrong address. Instead of giving me a new bed at no cost due to the inconvenience that this has caused me, they wanna give me a 15% discount. Will never use them again. Been having to sleep on the floor for almost two weeks and this is the best they can do. They need to be ashamed"
