Enterprise Rent-A-Car 5355 Interstate 55 North Frontage Road, Jackson, MS 39206

"If it wasn’t for the insurance company going with enterprise I would’ve never rented from this place… the phone service is horrible.. I’ve been to my child’s school (9:16) and just made it to my chiropractor’s office (9:39a.m) and I’m still waiting for someone to answer the phone; my appointment is at 10:00.. when I received this vehicle it smelled like someone been transporting WEED(LOUD).. because we’re busy; I haven’t had time to return car; I did call to report the smell and they said they didn’t have another vehicle to put us in… we put car scents inside the car ourselves but it SMELLED like fresh cut WEED every morning… we had to leave the windows cracked every evening!! Maybe it was NO SMOKING but it sure was TRANSPORTED!! Get this; I’m still WAITING!! It’s 9:45… I’m returning the call from yesterday… from one of the reps!! … listening to their CLEAN PLEDGE; it did not happen for this car that was given to us!! So disappointed!!"

"I will never use Enterprise again. I tried to rent from the I55 Jackson location and was told I had to drive myself to Byram to get the vehicle size I needed or ride with a person who obviously had a cold. The lady at the Byram location was very nice; however, when I called her to return the car, she said I could return it to the Jackson location. I have been charged $300 extra dollars for what I assume is returning the car into a different location than I got it from (though it is the location where I should have been able to rent from)! I say 'I assume' because I have not been able to talk to anyone at either location to confirm this is what the charge is for. I just sit on hold wasting more of my time."

"Like always enterprise came through and made sure I had the best vehicle with a reasonable price. They was very nice and made sure I was satisfied with my rental. The new manager was my rep and he was great! I will most definitely be back."

"This location was so amazing to me and my daughter when we had to travel to Mississippi this month. Budget at the airport had over booked and had left us stranded at a hotel with no way to deal with family issues 3 hours away. I called and talked to T.J and he drove all the way to our location even though there was another enterprise across the street. Nothing went as expected and had to keep the car 4 different time for an extended period each time. At the end of our trip I had to leave the car at another hotel because our flight departed at a time where there location was closed, and had to have them retrieve it. They never complained or made me fill bad for short notice, They just totally took care of us while we where dealing with a crazy and stress situation.I would recommend this location to anyone who want to have a great experience while dealing with amazing people. Thank you all so much, you didn't have to do all the extras, but you did and I'm grateful. Thanks T.J, you are an asset to enterprise!"
