"I had to wait over an hour for a car to fulfill my reservation. The team members were uncommunicative and downright rude. Demarious and Quinten were especially deceptive. On multiple occasions they said cars would be there in 5 minutes and were being cleaned and fueled but never showed up. I asked if they could call over to hurry them up and they ignored me. On at least two occasions cars were returned and myself and other customers agreed to take the cars as is and we would take them with whatever gas was in them. They refused and said it was against company policy. I asked for a manager, and they did not get attempt to call one. I am a loyal National customer, but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had and National should be ashamed of their employees. At one point 5 employees were either in or around the booth playing on their phones. When I return to Jackson, I will not use National at this location again."
"There was no one to help when I arrived to get my car. The line to check out & get out of the garage was extremely long & time-consuming (at least 30 minutes). There were employees available when I returned my car & they were very friendly."
"Really disappointed with National. Wish I could give zero stars. Whats the purpose of having a reservation made weeks in advance to arrive and being told they are sold out of vehicles. Tried calling customer service and it was a joke."
