"Every single person in the bridal party got our bridesmaids dress at this boutique. All of us got measured by the same woman. All of us got dresses that were at least 3 sizes too big. We each got a dress from a different designer so it wasn't the designer's fault. We brought up all of our huge dresses to the shop and how our measurements weren't taken properly and nothing was done. The "in house seamstress" only does alterations on weekends so some of us had to go to a different tailor to even get it fixed if the dress allowed it to be taken in. Respectfully I do not recommend going to this shop. Half of bridesmaids got $30 dresses from shein that actually fit a few weeks before wedding."

"Bliss Boutique. We’re do I even start with the situation we had. If you want to be stressed out for your wedding day this is the company for you. Bad business all over. Robin has zero communication with her clients. We decided to rent tuxedo’s from bliss and robin told us the date to come in. Then Mardi Gras came and she decided she was now going to not be there so we had to reschedule our fittings. We couldn’t get a straight answer on when the tuxedo would even be in after the order was placed. When the tuxedos finally make it in(4 days before the wedding) my father in law tuxedo is completely wrong size. My mother in law called the next day to get the situation corrected and was told robin was on vacation so she needed my father in laws measurements over the phone even though she previously measured him. After finally coming to a solution she said the corrected tux would be in the day before the wedding. My father in law ended up buying a suit from a different business because at this point we had no faith in her to be it correct. My wife ordered her dress through bliss too. When the dress was ordered she was told the dress would come with sleeves and she specified she wanted the sleeves even if it was extra. When the dress finally came in there were no sleeves and when she asked robin told her it doesn’t come with sleeves and she didn’t order them because it wasn’t in her notes. At that point they couldn’t be ordered because they wouldn’t come in on time for the wedding. She did nothing to correct the situation or even attempt to. The nightmare didn’t end there. My wife ordered and paid in full for a veil that Robin never ordered. Weeks later when asked where the veil was robin stated she had no documentation that it was supposed to be ordered. Needless to say this was such a bad business experience. I’ve never been so stressed out in my life. Between the lack of communication, or just the fact she just didn’t care. I will never recommend this place to anyone such a terrible experience."

"Such a large selection of amazing bridal gowns! I'm doing a renewal so didn't have an entourage accompany me. The ladies at Bliss became my people. They not only helped me try on every single dress that I liked (about 10) but they were truly invested and offered great, honest feedback on how each one looked on me. It seemed just as important to them as it is to me that I found "THEE Dress"! We narrowed it down to about 4 "OMG" dresses and carefully weighed the pros and cons of each until I was 100% happy, confident, and comfortable! The entire experience was enjoyable and I don't think I've ever felt more confident when trying on clothes in my life. Highly recommend!"

"Not a good experience. Wedding dress: I used her seamstress because she assured us she was great. Paid more for the alterations than the dress and it was 3 inches too long after 3 dress fittings. Each time i told her it was too long and each time she said it would be fixed at the next fitting. At the third fitting she said when i fluff it, itll be perfect. I fluffed for hours and sure enough it was way too long Yes, I wore my wedding shoes to every fitting. She even told me she cut longer than her measurements because she was worried itd be too short. A professional wedding dress seamstress should be able to trust her own measurements. And if the bride says its too long...then its too long. I think she just didnt feel like taking it apart again because she was busy with her other job (she tried to push my last appointment back). It was too late to take it elsewhere to fix it. I stepped on my dress the entire wedding, others stepped on it so the bustle ripped. It is all bunched up in my wedding photos instead of laying nicely. The best part is that she "guarantees all of her work." I did a better job steaming my dress myself than Robin did with her commercial steamer. She also got several spots on it when steaming. She assured us she'd have the dress dry cleaned and i know that didnt happen because all the same marks it had before were on it when i picked it up. I am extremely disappointed. Tuxes were expensive and most did not fit. The groom didn't have a tux until the day before the wedding. They were running late and instead of communicating this, she sent a message that they were ready for pickup so people showed up, and their tuxes weren't even at the store."

"I had an amazing experience at Bliss Boutique Bridal! They have a great selection of bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and tuxedos! The bridesmaid dresses came in right on time and were the perfect icy blue color that I couldn't find anywhere else! Thanks again Robin!"
