"Not a problem with my setup on beach or at the Loft but communication with them is non existent. Took me three(3) months to get my deposit back n only because I had to nag them about it!! They can do better."

"My wedding was a year ago and I was debating writing a review cause Im not a confrontational person but read a review with a similar experience and thought I’d finally write mine. Overall I really did love my wedding and it turned out good but I felt like I was definitely not a priority compared to what they posted. I felt that since I didn’t go with their typical caterers cause I found other ones I believe were way better that started my fall with them . They would post everyone’s pictures and I maybe had two pics posted and that was me asking . This isn’t a big deal but when you see everyone else getting attention and you feel like as you’re just there it sucks. There was an issue with catering and I had a whole item missing which was something I was so excited for and the planner knew they had messed up so there was only one side. Also my cake went missing after the wedding and I don’t get how that happens . My wedding was small so I knew every guest there and no one knew anything about it . I never got to try the other flavor which was my personal choice or take a cake home and was kind of brushed off by the planner I don’t regret working with this company I just felt as I didn’t get the full grand experience most people got cause of the small wedding and budget I had"

"The ladies at The Wedding Collection were kind, knowledgeable, and patient with my future sister in law as she navigated the world of wedding dress shopping. The shop is absolutely adorable and charming with a great selection. The dresses are sorted by style and arranged by price which is very helpful. Definitely check this place out if you’re getting married soon. It’s a must."

"Paid $7,400 and was not very pleased with the wedding planner organization and decor package. Decor package by itself was $1100.00... for table clothes, wood slices, drapery, fake eucalyptus and glass candles (please look at my pictures, I could have bought my own if I knew they would display very little). The other items (pictured) were my own items. The disorganization caused many issues and had led me very distraught over my own wedding pictures. Flowers.... WILTED and disappointing since I paid alot of money for them. I paid alot of money for the photographer as well. The disorganization cause other issues but I'm going to leave this review as it is. It almost felt like I was at the bottom of their ladder because I wasn't spending more money than a $10,000 budget. My wedding was last year 2021... but wanted to share."

"My experience shopping for a dress at The Wedding Collection was above and beyond! Kerri ensures the whole shop is reserved just for you and your guests, and as soon as you enter the shop you are greeted by the staff with champagne and warm greetings. Kerri’s shop is super clean, smells amazing, cozy and has so many BEAUTIFUL dresses. TWC was the last place we went after searching all over the coast for a wedding dress, and it was by the far the BEST experience of anywhere else we went. Even after purchasing the gown, Kerri’s services have been 5-star. From helping plan and coordinate my wedding, to connecting me with a dress tailor, and helping me pick out the perfect veil and accessories, Kerri and her team have been exceptional. I cannot recommend TWC enough!!! So happy with my experience."
