"Extremely helpful on the phone. Minus one star for calling floor covering “flooring”. Flooring is physically attached to a home, floor covering sits on top of a subfloor. Nailed down hardwoods are flooring, LVP and floating products are floor covering. I know it’s a technicality, but when a craftsman is searching for flooring, it’s a big help so no time is wasted in the search. Otherwise it’s a super terrific business and you’ll get great care here."
