"If I could give 0 stars, I would. It’s been 27 days since I made my order and still have not received it. Lack of customer service is ridiculous. I ordered a Valentine’s item WELL in advance and won’t even be able to get use out of it. I’ve reached out multiple times with empty promises of my order going to be sent out, but no explanation or apology for why it’s taking so long."

"Great little boutique. The personalized items take a little longer but that is to be expected, as well as it says so on the website. Ordering is easy, and I love that they take Afterpay! "I was shocked to see the under 3 stars in reviews and realized we as customers need to do better. I know for a fact I’m not the only one who thinks Dash is phenomenal! If anything they deserve more stars for putting up with me as a customer. I’ve never had a problem with any of my items purchased and I truly feel that if there was a problem with anything they would go out of their way to fix it. We can’t let one disgruntled customer set the bar on Google reviews. If her shoes weren’t replaced I promise there had to be a good reason. Clearly “Karen” isn’t a very nice person to begin with. Idk just my thoughts. You guys are great keep doing what you do!!!!"
