"Tonight my experience was horrible.... Employees can watch shoplifters come and go,.I overturned my buggy and spilled 2items that couldn't be replaced.yes its company policy not to replace my products but its company policy when u seen that booksack full of stolen goods .yes I'm pissed my products wasn't replaced."

"Store manager and GM ought to be ashamed of themselves!!! I mean seriously. I'm here from Atlanta and this place looks like ialts in the hood, like somebody just tore the store up or something. Trash on the floor. Merchandise on the floor. Line long, 15 min wait and no one had more than 5 items. The "junkiest" and nastiest store I've ever seen. Shut it down, clean it up, redo labels, face and front then reopen. Hire people who work. It's a reflection on your corporation. I should've took pictures."

"Terrible 4 coupons of different kind per day , your worse than Wal-Mart but that what happens when you get successful you forget who made you that way. That's fine I can shop elsewhere may cost more be at least the small stores appreciate you. Besides you can even keep things on shelves mostly in isle."

"Lines are always long with 1 cashier but others working in the store. I used to work in retail and long lines were a priority - all hands on deck. Also, there are never any carts! The new location on Industrial Park Rd is better, cleaner, faster lines, and more carts."

"If I could I would give zero stars. I thought they closed at 9pm. I was walking up to the door around 8:44pm. Another gentleman was ahead of me. An employee came out the door and said that they were closed. Very rude as I will point out. She said that they were closed many times and even raised her voice. So I went back to my vehicle and as I was starting to drive off the employee let the gentleman inside. Racial discrimination?"
