"It's Walmart so of course you can find what you need. I was helped by an employee that had to use their own phone app to scan something because the one they were given was glitching. But the checkout took longer than the whole shopping trip because they refuse to staff more registers. If you can afford someone to watch customers ring up their own stuff. Pay that person who knows what they are doing to check people out and get the lines moving. Maybe take the receipt checkers and put them on a register. If employees were checking customers out you wouldn't need the receipt check on exit. Which also held me up. Your employee got 5 stars but the store got 3."

"Half of the stock and items are now gone since the remodel, everyday things I used to be able to buy at this location I now have to drive to Hammond to get because they simply don’t have the stock or items anymore. Most, with the exception of a handful, of the employees are rude and unhelpful. I don’t mind the self checkouts, I’m not a very social person so they help me get my things checked out fast because I’m the one doing it but what is the point of having a majority of self checkouts if most of them are not working 9 times out of 10?"

"I appreciated fast check out by an actual cashier. I'm from Pa and at the one I live near either no cashier's or they have one and only people ahead of you in line have a cart full of stuff and it takes forever. I refuse to do self check out because I'm paying them to check me out. When they give me a discount for doing it then I may do it!"

"I am really liking the new makeover at my local Walmart. It's just going to take a little time to remember where everything is now. But I can always use the app on my phone to find the item by the aisle number associated with the item. This has come in very handy for me. Also, I have helped other customers find items by looking up the item on the app and giving them the aisle number associated with it."
