"It would be nice if this location had more quantity of smaller sizes in EVERYTHING from shoes to clothes. It was hard to have a Head-to-toe experience. Once I found a shirt I liked there wasn’t any sizes in the shoe to match or vice verse. Happened 4x in one visit. The staff is great tho. They shouldn’t have to deal with disappointed customers."

"TRASH GARBAGE SEWAGE!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A NEGATIVE! I HAD TO MAKE THE YOUNG LADY GO CHECK TO SEE IF THEY HAD A SHOE IN A CERTAIN SIZE! WE HAD TO ASK SOMEONE DID THEY WORK HERE AND HE MADE LIKE HE DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE THE LIT GIRL HE WAS CHATTING WITH. ALSO, IF THEY HAD MATCHING SHOES ON THE FLOOR, ITS VERY EASY TO WALK OUT WITH THEM BC NO ONE WAS CARING."

"Very dissatisfied. No one offered to assist me when I walked in with my 2 young granddaughters. I had to go to the register to ask for assistance. One male employee was playing on his cellphone and the other employee was working in the sunglass display. When I asked for shoes in a certain size it took over 15 min for anyone to return. Once he brought me the shoes, 2 of his friends came up to us and he totally disregarded us and started talking with them about giving them his “discount.” The lady who checked me out was talking about her marital/dating standards to another employee rather than focusing on us as her customer. Very unprofessional customer service. I will not be back and will tell others not to do so, either. Hibbets used to be a great place to shop but no more! Sad."

"Didn’t start off great. Walked in and first was not greeted, began to browse the selection of shoes, found a pair, then waited for someone. Never got assisted until i walked up to an employee sitting on a bench playing on his phone, and had to ask for help myself. He was then some what pleasant."
