"Someone hit my vehicle damaging mostly the rear driver side and I didn’t know where to go or who to contact but I knew I wanted my vehicle professionally repaired and returned to me asap. I consulted with a few associates and Katore was highly recommended. The owner was extremely professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. The owner took time to explain the process and assured I was educated on all necessary action steps that was occurring and need to occur throughout the process. The entire staffing department was helpful and responded immediately to my contacts and requests. The business is locally owned and that made me even more comfortable and confident that my vehicle would be satisfactory. The owner and his team accommodated my schedule and made sure I was able to retrieve my vehicle and it is immaculate. The damages are immaculately repaired and the exterior/interior detail is top tier. Highly recommended from someone who is extremely meticulous!"
"Love this place!! They are very kind and explained the process of repairing my dad's car. Even patched up the bumper for free the first time it was loose. Now it has ripped off of the frame ( oops, 89 yr. Old driver !) they are ordering a new one. I know they will do a great job."
"I'm so happy with the work Katore's did on my honda civic. Two years ago, I got into a pretty bad crash that left the fender on the passenger side and front bumper in bad shape. I unfortunately have been driving around with those embarrassing damages for that long. I finally got the motivation to fix it and I couldn't be happier that I chose Katore's. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the end result. You could not even tell my car has been in a wreck before. 10/10 recommend this place. Great professional business, very friendly people as well."
"I had a small accident that damaged the front end of my car. I took the car to Katore and they did a great job on the repairs. The color match is perfect as well as how the new body panels line up. I can't even tell that they are not the original. Also aside from the great quality of work the staff was very pleasant great to do business with. I definitely recommend this shop."
"Took my Nissan Titan in for a paint job on the hood and fenders. As of now, I am satisfied with that portion of the job. However, I am NOT happy with how they removed portions of clear coat from other parts of the vehicle and how they responded when I confronted them about it. I picked the truck up at night and did not notice the defects until the next day. There was a small section of the passenger door and a larger section on the driver side vertical column on the side of the windshield. I called the shop to explain and the owner simply told me that it was a result of the painter's tape. He said the tape pulled the clear coat off when they peeled off the tape. He made it sound like it was a normal occurrence. I thought that surely I was not clearly communicating the problem over the phone, so I went out to meet the owner. He told me he understood what I was saying, but insisted that there was nothing that could be done about it. Of the tens of thousands of paint jobs all over the country every year, how could this be "common" and have not yet been addressed? What's even worse, the owner knew about the defects and didn't even have the decency to at least call me before I picked up the truck. He made no effort to correct the mistake. I wonder if he thought I was going to just not say anything. The defects stick out like a sore thumb. The issue is....I took my nice truck there with the clear coat intact at those sections, and picked it up with the clear coat missing and the owner makes no effort to correct HIS mistake or compensate. Next stop is BBB complaint."
