"If I could give a negative review I would. My husband used this U-Haul location to rent a car hauling trailer in order to transport a truck he had purchased. My husband asked whether he could return the trailer to another location and was told that he could but that he (Mr. McGee) would prefer to have the trailer returned to his location. There was never the option given to do a one way rental. So not having a means to return the trailer to Tylertown, the only recourse was to drop locally. Today we woke up with $203 worth of charges and no one wants to be held accountable. The customer service from this place is AWFUL. WILL NOT DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN !"
