"On Monday, June 6th, I scheduled an appointment for Thursday, June 9th. Craig no-showed the appointment. When I called while waiting on him - no answer. Text. No answer. I told my husband to call from his phone: voila! Craig answers. He said he had a conflict. Then stumbling about, he said he was sorry, but did not have the appointment in his calendar. Huh? Very disappointed that he wasted my time and hope he does not do this to other customers. Do not reccomend."

"WONDERFUL service! I forgot to write down my appointment and was not home. They worked with me and came to my office in order to get my windshield replaced. They were also able to calibrate my radar equipment on my 2020 RAV4 without needing to take it to Toyota. My insurance covered the bill and they were able to take credit card on site for my deductible. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone."

"We were traveling in the area from out of town and got a huge chip in our windshield on the interstate from a truck in front of us throwing rocks. We were worried the crack would spread and we would be stuck trying to find someone who could get a windshield for us when they aren't readily available for our vehicle at present.
