Dollar General

"This store should be closed. Customer service is weak. Also Dollar General you really should check Louisiana laws regarding restrooms. Your employees have wrote paper signs on doors stating employees only. My elderly mother needed a rest room and they turned her away. Louisiana does have a law and you all are responsible for providing this. Also the old white guy that’s always grouchy should retire if he dislikes his job that much. Also please change the above photos of your store. These photos are very misleading. This store looks nothing like this except the outside store front. This store is a dump."

"This is the worst Dollar General I have seen, and I travel the United States! Had a Fed Ex package sent there, the clerk seems bothered that I asked for my package and told me that they don't receive Fed Ex packages. I gave her the name of the person that signed for the package and she told me to come back when he was there. I finally pointed to a random shelf that had a Fed Ex package and asked her to check it. Yes it was mine. The rest of the store is a dump, can assure you I will never return."

"I would love to know why you all keep stocking Expired products. The place was trashed today. Only one cashier sweet as can be it's why you even got a star. Personally until you get that store in order I will never point a soul in your direction. This is nearly November and yet you have early September expired products sitting on shelves and in fridges asking for a lawsuit on you. Let's add the icing there was products on the floors that could have hurt the elderly. Yet this single cashier can't leave the register to take care of this because she is busy with others. Get a grip on this. The next time I am through there I better see progress. Send this to cooperate. Highly dissatisfied, Ace"

"The availability of everything I wanted was good but checkout was a disaster, credit/debit machine went down causing a backup of people waiting. Cashier did greet me nor did she thank me at the end of the transaction."
