Sonic Drive-In

"This has to be the worst Sonic on the coast. Seems there is only 1 car hop, and some of the folks there are unfriendly. I went and ordered a Med Drink and after 20 minutes of waiting for a drink because the Drive thru and walk up were apparently broken, I left. This isn't the first time I had a bad experience there but it is the last. Food is awful and one time it took almost an hour to get a mobile order and that is after they got it wrong 2 times. Figured a drink would be easy to get, quick in and out and nope. Stay AWAY."

"I will most definitely not be using this location again and I'd suggest to avoid it. Probably the rudest experience I've had at a Sonic before, we stopped by to get a couple of drinks, and the woman working was incredibly rude. We barley ordered one drink before she gave the total and we had to stop her to try and order the shake we wanted. She quickly said the ice-cream machine was down, and our total popped up on the screen before we could try to ordered something else instead."

"On 3 occasions within 3 months I have mobile app ordered food+sonic blast. 30 minutes of waiting with 0 communication. Press button and ask for eta. Told sonic blast are not available and they haven't even started my order because of that or bothered to notify me. They were not empty but not busy either every time. Management is failing to correct this repetitive behavior across multiple month period. Whoever is managing this location should be ashamed. Not once but three times they never even planned on notifying me."

"There are no words for this establishment. The worst customer service by far. This sonic needs better management and better employees to turn it around. I try to order from this location every now and then but I’m always disappointed. Was ordering a drink today- after the 3rd time repeating my order, I just told the lady “never-mind thank you” and I left."

"Place looks like a pigsty outside, while 5 employees are outside smoking by dumpster area. Out of sweet tea, ordered cranberry limeade, no welcome when I said thank you to carhop, rude response when notified them Sprite must be out because I received carbonated water not to mention no limes. Comes as no surprise. Will not be back. Only reason I didn't pass this place up is because I knew they have a restoom."
