"The wait time was over 20 min. from the time I ordered to the time I got my food. They were taking orders and telling people to pull up. I can't be mad, though. This is Burger King!!! You might get it your way, but you're going to wait."

"I do not know This employee name but every time me and a few of my friends go to this specific Burger King it’s literally always this same rude & disrespectful black Lady at the window So this time I went again and she was at the window. It all started at the speaker when I was ordering my food. She had an attitude from the start. She made a mistake on My order and I was respectfully telling her that I did not order what she had put on the screen and to take it off so I can know what my total would be so I can have the money already ready before I drove around to the window she began to aggressively Yell at me through the speaker and tell me things that I did not say over the speaker at the menu ordering my food. So I begin to drive around to the window To pick up my order Then she began to tell me the wrong total and I Once again, told her that what she had on the screen was incorrect after I told her that she began to Curse me out badly and Slam the window In my face while I was talking I then ask for a manager On duty, she began to tell me that it wasn’t one on duty I know that is a lie. I have worked in fast food myself once before, and I know that some type of manager has to be on every shift. I was not about to scoop Low on her level And go back-and-forth with her so I paid for my order she then snatch my money out of my hand And still gave me the wrong order so I took a picture of her because I did not know her name, nor did I see it on her shirt The picture is in this review, and I will be calling corporate about this issue. I know they do not know about their employee behavior And I know that it is unacceptable in any workplace. This lady needs to be fired immediately. Because at this point the things she is doing to people someone is going to get seriously hurt Because it took everything in me, not to tell her a piece of my mind I am very upset Because for one if she Didn’t feel like working, she should have stayed at home period And for me, not to know this woman, I do not know what was her problem, but it is always a constant thing with the same lady, and a few more people tell me the same exact thing about the same lady"

"PLEASE CLOSE THIS PLACE! 0-⭐ One of my worst dining experiences ever. Horrible customer service (they just don't care), disgusting food (hair in the chicken sandwich), cold food - all of it. $39 literally in the trash. I understand that this is a fast food place, but com'n, this is literally unsafe. STAY AWAY!"

"Waited in line for 15 minutes only to receive a cold breakfast sandwich. I would have returned it but I was already running late for work because of the wait. Oh yeah I was not given any condiments after I asked for them."

"I went through the drive-thru. The speaker was not working correctly and couldn’t here the employee. I ordered a #1 with cheese no pickles and a lemonade. When I got to the window I explained to the employee what the speaker was doing and that I couldn’t hear anything he was saying. Was handed a small drink and asked to pull up to the edge of the building. Told the employee I asked for a large lemonade and was told they didn’t have any large cups. So I had to ask for a medium, which I thought was standard for a meal. Waited 15 minutes for food. Finally went into the building and was handed my bag. Got home only to discover I had a small fry and the lemonade was actually water. Tried to go to the survey site mybkexperience, but couldn’t do that because apparently there printer is not working correctly either"
