"This place is no where near the quality of what it was two years ago. Whoever the hostess/cashier was this night was less that accommodating. Her attitude was not hospitable. The taste in the hibachi was certainly not up to par. I wouldn't waste my time to eat here again. This is bottom of the barrel hibachi. I didn't even see a Japanese person in the place... so... I wouldn't say that it's actual Hibachi. Zero stars!!!"

"If I was able to give the biggest 0 for rating of this place I would. Unfortunately had to give a 1. Ordered food online, received confirmation, and the lady refused to give my mother the food for the money that was taken from me. Customer service is absolute the worst I’ve ever seen. Completely rude and will not ever eat at this OEC again. Ashamed that’s the closest one to my house, but much rather prefer to drive and extra 30 minutes with better customer service and to actually give me my food that was ordered and paid for."

"They were bustling on a Saturday, taking care of to-go orders and dine-in well. Fresh food, and it's unique that you always get steamed carrots as a side with hibachi. NOTE: although the hibachi menu indicates times for lunch and dinner, with different prices for each, I ordered at noon and automatically got the dinner version, so I guess you have to specify."
