"We got there at 9:20 and tried to go inside. They told us that they’ll take our order in the drive through instead. Apparently they close 30 minutes before they are supposed to and we waited for over 10 minutes (for no reason) with other cars. Staff was rude when we asked about it and lied for no reason. Terrible place."
"I ordered a four-piece leg and thigh meal and when I got home I only had one leg and thigh a little bitty I think they call it a chicken leg and the size of my little finger and a chicken wing this is the second time they've done this to me Kentucky Fried Chicken is looking a whole lot better now this was on 3/6 of 24"
"I went through the drive thru to get my son his favorite biscuits. The employee was rude and very abrupt. I used my debit card WHICH I NEVER DO AT FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS OR GAS STATIONS and the next day I got a fraud alert. Someone tried to use my debit card to purchase something from AT&T for $99.99. A .99¢ charge did go through but my credit union is correcting that. It's strange how I use my card once at a fast food restaurant and my card gets hacked. Definitely something shady happening at this place."
"Drive through worker was extremely rude and sassy, told me to wait multiple times and cutting me off, ordered Cajun rice and it looks like they barely put any in the container. Overall not worth the price and wait. Definitely doing down the street to another chicken place."
