"My family loves eating Abners, but geez are they slow. When a person makes an online order and told it’ll be ready at a specific time, you expect the restaurant to at least get close to the time. Ordered at 11:28, was told it would be ready at 11:43. Arrived at 11:40 and the order isn’t finished until 12:08.. that is more than twice as long as estimated. The issue I have is that this was a simple order. Multiple walk in customers came in while we waited and were getting their orders ahead of us. I know this happens if when you may be waiting on a complex order, but we had the most basic items they offered. We could have went to a sit down restaurant, had better food, and gotten out of there just as quick. Just unacceptable and inconsiderate. Most people place online orders to minimize their wait time. **edit** Even after all the extra wait, we were missing items and you can’t even contact the location because it gives a busy signal. Dropping this to 1 star. Sorry abners, unacceptable."

"The nuggets are real chicken and the tenders are pretty good. Service was pretty good too. The only thing I can knock is the TV didn't have the NBA showing and it's playoff time. I'd go back for sure."

"I love Abners tenders fried and grilled they’re good. Don’t get to stop by as much since they moved to Brandon but same great experience. Don’t know when but they also updated dated the menu with tacos, wraps, and sandwiches.This time I tried the BBQ Taco. The 2 pack for 8.50 plus tax was filling but I could have eaten a third. They were awesome. Staff was nice also."
