"I brought a work truck to these guys a few days ago, on the phone I stated 3-4 times that I just wanted the dent to be pulled out, if they couldn’t do it I’d try to do it myself. When I got to the shop he took one look which lasted about 2 seconds , went inside and proceeded to write up a $2100 dollar quote. His exact words was “you’ll need to put a whole new quarter panel, we can’t pull those dents”. I guess he forgot what I mentioned to him 3-4 times over the phone. The same day I went to another shop 3 miles down the road and they popped the dent out and only charged $200. Truck looks brand new now. If you have a dent I would not recommend this shop, they won’t fix the dent, they’ll just try to sell you a whole new part. I would not recommend bringing a dent repair to them."
