"New place and already needs new management… Did a mobile order at 10:05 and walked in at 10:15 to pick up our food and eat at a table. As we were sitting down this lady came behind the counter and said in a rude tone “you can’t eat in here, lobby is closed.” And also continued to say that they close the lobby at 10 and drive through at 10:30…but ONLINE and the DOOR says 11:00 even for drive through (note we came in on a Saturday). The lady talking to us with red hair and glasses named Maddie was very unprofessional and I asked nicely if she was the manager and she said in a rude tone “I’m the one running this shift”. Me and my friends grabbed our food and as soon as we walked outside she aggressively followed then slammed and locked the door at 10:20.… good way to feel welcomed."
