"I picked up a mobile order, and had no problem or wait picking up. I made it home and started eating my bowl to realize the beans weren’t cooked all the way. They were very firm and raw. I decided to just pick them out, but soon realized I was crunching on the rice as well, so the meal was inedible. I went back to the store and they kindly remade my bowl, no issues. Unfortunately, while the beans were cooked this time, the rice was cooked with too much water, essentially mush. I gave up on my dinner and ate something else. By far the worst meal I’ve had from any Chipotle location. I would try it again to see if this was just a training error, but after having a great meal from the Madison location a few days later…the Flowood location needs serious work."

"Felt unwelcome, took 40 minutes to get in and out. The staff was an ensemble of strangers who didn't care about the needs of their fellow teammates. Their anger and frustration with eachother was visible to the guests. One teammate told another "you best be careful or that girls sisters will jump you" Total lack of awareness by most teammates. Two people on front line Didn't know how to roll burritos (In a burrito joint) It was just straight up, not a good time."

"I am beyond disappointed with my experience this evening at the Flowood, MS location. My mobile order was almost 1 hour late. Arrived at restaurant to wait more than 40 minutes from the time my order was expected to be ready. Observed cashier placing her hand into food section and eating something. I could have gone through line twice since I arrived there. The icing on the cake was that after waiting all this time for a burrito bowl, when I arrived home my burrito bowl was nothing like I ordered. The only thing they got right was salsa and lettuce."

"This was my first and last trip and the food was okay but not the best. The staff tried to be friendly but not very knowledgeable of what they were serving. The trash can was overflowing all in the floor. There was trash still ALL in the floor under and around every table. Not a single table was wiped off. The table that was broken in a review 6 days ago was still broken last night. 2 employees were taking a break at the only clean table & I had to ask the cashier to clean off a table for my family and I to eat. I should have gotten a receipt because I was charged almost $80 for 2 burritos, 2 bowls, 2 bags of chips & 4 drinks. They also lacked on food quantity. They were almost out of sour cream & guacamole. There was no salsa and the lettuce they had was dark and wilted & there was very little in the container."

"Totally disappointed. It was Monday at 2:00pm after the lunch rush. There were probably 30 people in line and several waiting for their order. It took over 30 minutes to get to the counter. A table was broken with the table top laying on a chair. Soda machine was out of syrup. UnSweet and sweet tea containers were empty. Employee at the protein counter had no clue what the items were. A label at each warming tray would be helpful. The employee at the quac and salsa was very knowledgable and tried very hard. He has a very difficult tim in trying to wrap a burrito. He offered to redo it but the customer thought it was funny and took pictures of his efforts. The food tasted okay but the display has a lot to be desired. Garbage cans were overflowing. Music was too loud."
