"This location operates terrible. It's dirty in the restaurant (including bathrooms with no soap), the service is lackluster, and the food is just okay. This used to be an awesome fast food stop years ago. Go to any of the 7+ other chicken places nearby."

"I Ordered a Four piece tenders The lady asked if I would like the cold flow with it. And I said yes I received my order Food was hot and fresh and I had Lots of napkin But no fork to eat The Cold slaw with"

"Somehow Sam was the name put on our order. We sat there about 40 min then when the manager asked the worker about the food sitting there the worker pointed at us and the manager yelled, "Sam!" And I walked up saying our name isn't Sam. The manager got snappy and said, "well come get YOUR food." When we got to the counter I watched another worker grab our food and throw it away. Then we had to sit 15 more minutes to get our remake. Food was awesome. Service tho... look I myself work at a restaurant and the service was not good to say the least."

"Completely dead at this location and I still had to pull up and wait for a single combo early. Brought me out a dry chicken sandwich with nothing on it (pickles weren’t just thrown in with the fries, not even on the sandwich. They didn’t bother to put the “signature sauce” on their “signature” sandwich. So I had to go inside and ask for it. Of course, you’d think I was just a horrible person for asking according to their reaction. Just another place going down hill. Too many options for chicken tenders to even care."

"Chicken sandwich was not what I expected UPDATE 11/10/2022: Terrible service, terrible quality food and cold food as well. Employees DO NOT follow instructions and requests on mobile orders and even ordering 15 minutes ahead of time is still a 10 minute wait for your cold, dry, and tasteless food served by rude and disrespectful employees. I'll never recommend nor will I ever go back, thos is my 3rd bad experience here and definitely my LAST! So I'll post some photos with my cold chicken fingers, along with my cold "un-seasoned" fries in which I was really looking forward to. I stated "EXTRA SEASONING" for the fries, it shows on the receipt ticket, the photos tell the true story."
