"Came on a Sunday afternoon with another couple. My wife ordered an appetizer as a meal and the other 3 of us ordered full meals. Did not seem terribly busy but it took longer than expected. They also brought my wife's order out first, then 5 minutes later brought another 2 meals and 5 minutes later brought my steak out....really!! Server said their was only 1 cook and was trying to excuse it away when it was the timing of the food coming out that ruined the dining experience to where it didn't matter how good the food was."
"It was amazing food! Short staff made our service down some but other than that service was good!"
"Received burnt bread sticks. However, one of the employees on the floor said she was going to get us fresh stick. Did this without asking her. Our waiter may have been new, not really sure. He rarely came to see if we needed anything. We desperately needed napkins. Finally got some when our dinner was gone, and my napkin was in a little ball, trying to wipe my face."
"It was busy when we visited. The servers were kind, but the service was a little slow. It took longer than expected for the appetizer to arrive--even though we ordered it with our drinks. Our steak was a little overcooked, and our hamburger was a little undercooked. We were hungry, so we just ate them. The onion rings were tasty, and so was the queso with the pretzels. The restaurant was clean, and there was some upbeat music playing in the background."
