"The owner of the place I rented in Pass Christian recommended Bacchus on the Beach. I gave it a try and it was great. The waitress Penelope is a great waitress, super nice and checked on you enough. I has the fried green tomatoes, a sauce over them with shrimp and shredded crabmeat on them, delicious plus I had the combo cooked oysters, delicious. When I'm back down there again I will eat there again."

If you only go for the oysters and drinks, you will not be disappointed. Misty, our favorite server, wasn't in our section that night. But, Alicia was a wonderful surrogate."
