Arby's 1180 West Frontage Drive, Wiggins, MS 39577

"Drive thru Order a #10 on the menu which was a Rubin with fries and a drink. They repeated my order to me and I drove to pay. They handed me my bag and drink and I drove home to find I had been given a regular Roast Beef sandwich with very cold fries mixed, curly and crinkle. Called immediately and spoke to manager and she said that she would be there the next evening and would put up a note just in case. Next day…went inside and asked the manager about my order the day before, different manager no note so she had no idea.. so she went to make my sandwich and I order more curly fries and a drink and let her know that I would pay for everything but the sandwich.. the young lady asked crinkle or curly I replied curly and ordered the drink, about that time the manager said out loud that they have NO sauerkraut but instead of asking me for another choice she continued to make a Rubin without sauerkraut!!! The girl at the counter made my drink and packed the sandwich in the bag.. I simply said no fries and she look me directly in the eye and said “you want fries?” I was excited to have an Arby’s in our town but if this is the definition of a quality restaurant they are sadly mistaken and will not be in business very long.. So Sad……."

"Today was our first day to eat at this Arby's and we have been to many of them across the country. I was very surprised to see that the menu has practically doubled in the amount of meals offered, which was a nice change. The only negative that I had today is that the apple turnover had way too much icing which caused the turnover to go flat. They should have put the icing on thinner. I believe that they need more training on how to properly make apple turnovers. Overall it was a nice experience."

"Went one evening about 6:30 and they were out of everything! Every time I asked for one burger they said they were out of those, I asked for another kind they said they were out of those. So I finally asked did they have any burgers she said no they were out of burgers. After sitting in the drive thru for 15 mins I was not pleased. This restaurant hasn’t been open long enough to be running out of things. Will not be back."

"My husband went to get us some dinner, and we had ordered online. We both got the half pound beef and cheddar meals with the jamocha shakes, but were told that they didn't have the machine yet. So we replaced with a soda and Lemonade. They said we should be able to refund the upcharge for the shakes through the app. We can't find a way to do so. The sandwich had almost no cheese and was not hot whatsoever. There were barely any fries, and they weren't very hot as well. I was very disappointed in the food. First and last time eating here."

"We stopped on Sunday on our way home from church. There were 3 of us ordering. I got the Gyro with fries. Delicious!! My husband got the Smokehouse brisket meal with curly fries. He loved it. My sister got the Chicken sandwich meal with extra mayo & curley fries. She said it was delicious. The staff running the drive thru were fast, efficient, and friendly. We will definitely be stopping at Arby's regularly."
