Blue Dog Bistro Gulfport

"This was my first visit to Blue Dog Bistro in Gulfport and I must say that I am beyond impressed. The establishment is clean with a touch of elegance, and the food is delectable. I got the chicken caprese with cauliflower mash and I swear it got better with each bite. The chicken was grilled to perfection and I couldn't tell that the potatoes weren't actually potatoes. I sat at the counter and Jake was thee friendliest person ever. Actually, all the staff was pretty amazing. And, the peach bellini that he made me was the perfect drink to wash my food down with. This was one of the best first impressions that I've had in a restaurant in a very long time. I'm definitely coming back for more!"

"Would’ve given a total of 5 stars but my bacon and Cochon hash were room temp. Service was impeccable. Ordered the blue dog breakfast. I swapped toast for fruit and hubby swamped the hash for cheese grits. Everything was delicious! Janae made the visit extra pleasant. Such a sweet soul! First time visiting and will definitely go again. *the eggs, grits, pancakes and fruit are top notch. Especially eggs and grits."

"Good family upscale breakfast/brunch place. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food was fresh and came out hot. They have a full bar and lots of varieties of mimosas. $15 bottomless every day, not just the weekends. Parking is good, too. I prefer this Blue Dog to the one in Ocean Springs."

"5 stars all the way around! Jake was our server and made it such a pleasant and memorable experience for us. The food was absolutely amazing and Cafe mocha was delicious! We couldn't ask for a better experience. We will be back on future trips. Thank you!!"

"I came for the first time and had a great experience. We came later in the day and there was no wait. It's a very cute and cozy place, and our server was personable and attentive. We got the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer to share and I would highly recommend - they were fantastic! I got the shrimp and grits which was delicious and a big serving. I took about half home in a to go plate. I also got a salted caramel latte which was excellent. My daughter got a chocolate chip waffle which looked really good as well. They also have vegan and gluten free options which are hard to find around here. I'm glad we tried this place and excited to return!"
