McDonald's

"I should know by now because this is the second time. But if they are out of orange juice the price of the meal goes up. I wanted a sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal (this includes sandwich, hash browns and a drink. They were out of orange juice. (Not my fault) I asked them to just fill the orange juice cup with water. "I can't do that", she said. WHAT!? ARE YOU SERIOUS? IT WOULD LITERALLY SAVE THEM MONEY! Instead they changed my meal to separate menu items and charged me more for less products. Which of course makes them more money but because of their failure to have enough orange juice. I understand incentivising the meal, but it's dishonest to advertise the meal if it's not available then charge the customer extra because you don't have the products!"

"Worst McDonalds on the gulf coast. Customer service is horrible and everyone in the establishment acts like its a big deal to even speak to you. I was told by a worker good luck on getting your food as I was standing there waiting for over 15 minutes. I was told after waiting oh by the way we don't have any strawberry pies, I asked if I would be getting a refund and told sure. Nothing was refunded and the manager (well atleast I think that's who it was she had a jacket on so you couldn't see her name) was ruded than any person there."

"Took 30 mins for a 10 piece I usually dont write complaints but like come on? i thought it was fast food i woulda got a pizza if i wanted to wait this lomg, plus the workers are on their phones??? since when was that allowed"

"On this particular day. I arrived shortly after 6am. Maybe they had just opened. However, I placed my order (drive-thru), which included a caramel mocha. I seen that there was an older lady making drinks at the coffee machine from window. I noticed she did everything using chocolate, which I'm not a big fan of. But I was thinking that she was preparing multiple orders. When she came to the window to hand me the wrong drink. I politely informed her that I had caramel but I noticed that she used chocolate. She said, GIRL! As if, I was just supposed to take the one she made. No thanks. She made the correct one with a slight attitude. I'm a mail carrier, and this is a very busy season for us. I'm not trying to make life hard. I just wanted my me time before my 12 hour day got started! Was that too much to ask?!"
