Boozer's Brew and a Cafe Too-Tegarden

"$2.00 charge on all credit card transactions. My 90 old mother went in to buy a cup of coffee and was to waiting on me to arrive. She knew I would be ordering, so she asked the girl behind the counter if she could get a cup of coffee and I would pay when I arrived. All she had was a debit card and did not want to pay $2.00 for a cup of coffee and $2.00 surcharge for using debit card and she knew I would be ordering also. She was told no she had to wait on me because she might walk out on them. Remember my mom is 90 and this is not New York. So I went to place my order when I arrived not realizing my moms coffee was not on the bill. When we sat down the gave me my coffee and food and not my mothers. I went back and said wait now I have to use my card again and it’s going to be an extra $2.00. They replied yes. I then told them to refund me and let’s do the transaction over again. They said they couldn’t. They had to call the owner. All of this for a $2.00 coffee??? I explained I owned many businesses and this was horrible customer service. I recommend many customers that rent vehicles from our business and will never recommend or return again. Beware a $2.00 cup of coffee will cost you $4.00 if you use a debit card. As a business owner I know that credit card companies do not charge the owners $2.00 on every transaction."

"Super great service. First time I’ve been by but wife and daughter go frequently. Service was great, the building interior is super nice. Roast beef was one of the best I’ve had at coffee shop!"

"Food is always great and fresh! I love the Boozers salad with raspberry vinaigrette. The customer service was the best I’ve had in awhile. There was a customer taking forever. The lady was patient with him while the other ladies noticed the bottleneck. One asked me what drinks I was having and began making them. Then another lady started taking dine in orders in drive thru. They all worked together and satisfied every customer in a timely fashion. Excellent service."

"I think this is the best coffee shop I’ve found in the Biloxi area! Came in after passing it on the street one day. Clean and updated, yet cozy atmosphere. The people who work here are so friendly! Service was great, and they have a GREAT selection of flavorings to choose for your coffee. They also have decaf! The menu is really large and the food was good. Free wi-fi as well. Definitely will be back!"
