"The lady I talked to on the speaker wasnt the friendliest, and she had the hardest time understanding my order. I added jr frosties to my order, and I told her I had the key tags. It was by my surprise that it was the first time I was asked did I have the same amount of key tags of frosties I ordered. I thought that was odd since I’ve never been asked that before. So of course I had them, so I told her yes. When I drove around, the experience definitely didn’t get any friendlier as I reached in my bag to have 5 jr fries all cold, along with nuggets and burgers that wasn’t worth it unless u we’re extremely hungry. Additional, 1 of the biggie bags were missing out of 6 total. I had to get fries remade, but should have gotten it all remade. However, the kids and I didn’t feel like waiting. Will not be returning !!!"

"Very small and cold burger. Service so fast that it appears the food was already fixed. Wendy's is not what it used to be. Lots of competition around!"

"We had a terrible experience at this location. We were ordering in the drive thru and not ordering fast enough for the lady taking our order. We had 5 people to order for and after we would tell her each order she would tell us to hurry/come on, rushing us. We asked why she was getting an attitude while we were trying to order and she said I’m not getting an attitude all while someone else chimed in at the same time saying “we trying to move the line along” These employees had terrible customer service skills. We chose to leave without getting our food and will not be back to this location. We pulled to the second window to let them know the way they were speaking to us wasn’t right at all and the manager was saying something in which we couldn’t hear but also waving his hand telling us to leave. We are business owners and this is NOT how you run a business effectively. I truly hope someone higher up will take care of the attitudes and terrible customer service at this location."

"One of the best Wendy's by far hands down. The service was excellent. Cashier was really nice and attentive. Food was fresh and delicious. Always try and stop here when I'm out this way. If you see a line around the building it's for a good reason but you won't have to wait long because they'll have you in and out."
