"Went to this store out of sheer curiosity (also, I wanted to see if they had any good Christmas gifts). The store was very well decorated and looked stunning for Christmas. It’s bigger on the inside than the front of the building suggests. Pricing was good for the jewelry but everything else is rather expensive. For instance, a Christmas ornament for $14 is expensive, no matter how good it looks. But overall, the store has a pretty good selection. Most of the staff seem to be in high school, but the person who helped me was helpful and kind. If you do buy something from this store, make sure you really want it because I’ve read that that they usually don’t accept returns."
"This place is cute, but the return policy is garbage. They dont do returns & only a 10 day period in which you can exchange items. My boyfriend bought me 6 things from here for my birthday, 2 of them being tshirts. They fit weird & I wanted to exchange it for something else. Since he bought my presents in advance, (2 weeks before my birthday) by the time I got them they couldn’t be returned or exchanged. They still had the tags on them & he had the receipt. They told him there was nothing they would do about it. Now I am stuck with $40 worth of t shirts that will never be worn. Do better."
"I received a gift from my daughter from this place but I needed to exchange it for a larger size. I live in Madison so I went to exchange at the Madison store. I was told that the gift came from the Brandon location and the owner only except even exchange's. The Madison store did not carry what I wanted to exchange. So now I have to go to Brandon to exchange this gift. To the owner if you are going to have locations throughout Metro area you will need to change your policy to allow for exchanges all your stores. Shouldn't matter what store you purchase from. Why make it difficult from someone receiving a gift from your store. Now this has made it where I will never purchase anything from any of your stores."
"***************** BEWARE *************************** This store does NOT accept returns. I bought my daughter several items for Christmas and (typical teenage girl) she didn't like the way they fit. I tried to return the items and was told that they do not take returns or give store credit - only exchange. When I asked where that policy was available I was told "on the bottom of your receipt". When I informed the employee that by the time I got a receipt I had already completed my purchase she didn't know what to say. We ended up with $60.00 in socks just so my daughter would have something she could use. The young girls that work there are very polite, but have obviously been trained not to give out the owner's (Jessica Phillips) contact information which leads me to believe that I am not the first customer to have this issue. The shop is a great idea, but if you are not willing to stand behind what you sell why would I trust you enough to give you my business. I will not be going back."
"We were on our way home to Atlanta when we stopped to visit a Stein Mart. Luckily, while my husband was in that store, I was able to spend a few minutes in O! How Cute. I wish I could have camped out there for a day or two. Such sweet staff, such darling things to see, wear, and bring back home. I wish there was a location in Atlanta. =/ The only thing I would say is, the shop should be called "O! How Stinkin' Cute!!!""
