"Employees wouldn’t open door for customers. Forcing them to go through the drive thru! Well the sign says lobby open at 8am. I was told I had to walk through the drive thru. Not busy and plenty of people just standing around. You lost a customer today. Never coming back here again!"

"The service was AWFUL this morning 11/18/23. Whomever was working the morning shift @ 9:30ish had a bad attitude over the speaker to where I had to cancel my whole order and go to McDonald's across the street. I would say I've never experienced something like that but I'll be lying but this particular day was worse. Baby girl need a drink or something."
