"Drunken chicken is a new wings tenders and ramen spot in Madison, Ms. The atmosphere is nice eclectic and well put together. The customer service is great. The food is wonderful. The prices in my opinion are a little high considering you only get 8 wings for $12. Sadly they are not even big wings. For the price they could stand to give you a wing or two more. And what's really maddening is the fact that they are so good and tasty that even though you know you should be getting more you will likely still go back again for more. Definitely treat yourself to this and see what you think. They also have boba tea and other beverages."
"This is a new restaurant that we were very interested to try. The customer service is amazing! I love the inside of the restaurant and the decor. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I even bought keychains for my kids. I ordered two of the cheese filled corndogs, soy garlic and honey hot wings. The corndogs were crispy and had a potato flavor. The wings were not like I expected. The hot flavor tasted like sweet ketchup no spice and the chicken itself lacked flavor. The soy garlic was not heavy in flavor. I would go back to try other menu items but not the chicken."
"This was our first time eating here but won’t be the last. We started our meal with two chicken wings tossed in their sweet spicy sauce along with an order of the cheese balls. The sweet spicy sauce was a delicious combination of savory and sweet with notes of garlic, chili, soy sauce. The chicken tenders were juicy and crunchy! The cheese balls were hot with a gooey center and a surprisingly sweet batter! For our main dishes we ordered beef ramen with spicy miso broth, straight noodles and black garlic oil. This was so yummy! My only suggestion would be the temperature of the broth as it cooled considerably before I finished the bowl. We also ordered an 8 piece bone-in of “Snow Onion”. The sauce was just okay. This came with fries (you can substitute for fried rice), Cole slaw, and pickled radish. We will definitely be back to try more wing flavors, ramen combinations and other starters."
"My wife and I had a chance to try this new Ramen shop today. It was over all a fair experience. I ordered the pork Ramen and my wife had the Beef Ramen, we ordered the chicken sampler to try all the wing flavors, and an order of takoyaki because why not. I will start with the services. It just felt off from the start. The food was delivered in an odd order the ramen , then takoyaki, then the wings. It was more odd to see guest who ordered after us get their same wing order before us. This was to the point I thought they had forgotten our wing order. We were both done with the rest of our order before the wings came out. When the wings did show up they cleaned the table and did not bring out plates so we found ourselves finishing our meal over napkins. The staff seamed more interested in stocking the shelves and cleaning out the cabinets than us. Now the food, the ramen was good over all but the beef was dry, yes in the broth and dry. Other than that the ramen was good not great, good. The Takoyaki was pretty normal I would guess from a bag but I could be wrong. The wings which I was hoping would be the star of the show,, were not. The flavors were at best average the cheese flavor one's tasted like the powdered cheese that goes in popcorn at the movies. The others were all just average or worse. I really want to like this place. I love K Fried Chicken and have had it in Korea. This was just kind of an over all disappointment. Last the shop it's self it is very nice with a beautiful interior and they have Japanese tops and drinks for sale. I will end by saying that I try to not ever give less than 4 stars unless something is just unforgivable but I was tempted in this case. Even when comparing it to other similar restaurants in the area it was just below average in service and food."
"What an awesome addition to Madison. You can really taste the quality of the food. The broth tastes like it’s been simmering for hours and the meat is perfectly cooked! I got the friend chicken in my ramen and it stayed crispy the whole time in the broth. We got the boba as a dessert and it was so yummy."
