"I ordered in the drive-through a bacon breakfast wrap, Mozzarella sticks, 2 corn dogs and a burger. I paid cash at the window and received my food (I thought). When I Get home I notice my burger is not in the bag.. So I call the store (within a few minutes because I live close to the store) The girl said she was sorry and she thought the burger was in the bag. So before i drove back to the store I checked my vehicle because it could have fallen out and I just did not see it. Well I didn’t see it so I returned to the store, and showed my receipt to the little boy at the window and he slides the window mostly shut and says “he’s here” Well the I assume “manager” comes to the window and asks what is going on. The “he’s here” tells me I should not have to explain it!! So at this point I’m starting to get frustrated but again I explain what’s going on..He then states he remembers my order because he made it.. and the burger was in the bag.. I then state the burger wasn’t in the bag but whatever I’ll purchase another one.. I’m not about to argue over a $6 burger.. At this point the young boy who has been standing at the window since the “he’s here” comment was made. Decided he was gonna add his opinion as the window was closing. Saying yeah you can buy the burger again.. Now I’m pissed so I said some choice words to the little boy and just drove off. If you wanna pay for food you don’t get, or some cold food then I recommend this place. Other than that the manager I dealt with was terrible and so was the food I did actually receive. However after leaving Sonic I stopped at Arby’s and my food was hot and fresh and was actually in the bag I paid for.."

"Ordered online tonight (12/21/2023) said would be done at 5:21 wasn’t busy at all waited 45 minutes. We were missing a drink the food was cold and sides were half empty. Not impressed at all. They said they never got the order but the cook said he remembered making it. We come at least once every 2 weeks but will try to stay away for a while."

"The first spot I pulled into had a disabled unit... so, pulled to the next and placed order but the card unit didn't work.. Definitely need repairs on those things. Service was great and food was too."

"The workers at night are so rude but they expect a tip. My blast was almost 8 bucks and it barely had ice cream and toppings in it. My sister asked for whip cream and they didn’t put any on her blast and then when she asked for the worker to put some on it, the worker just grabbed it, slammed the window and brought it back. No sorry about that or anything. If you don’t wanna work fast food then don’t"

"Stopped here while on the road, Monday 01/16/23. Applause to the person who made my fruit slush. It was mixed perfectly and hit the spot. I ordered the strawberry fruit slush with xtra fruit. It was mixed perfectly and not watered down. It had the correct amount of extra berries and it was mixed through out the whole drink. First sonic I’ve seen to have a play area for Children. Will stop at this location again when I pass through just for it again."
