"I ordered macaroni and cheese with my meal & it was literally mush. Curdled cheese & mushy overcooked noodles! They charge extra because it’s a “premium” side."

"The chicken was simply the best I've had hot fresh not too breaded small portion not big uncooked pieces. The building was a bit smokey but that didn't stop nothing. I was joined by the previous regional manager and he said the current manger he trained her and that's why it's soooo good."

"Please do not come at this restaurant the young ladies who worked at the place were hostile towards me once they saw I was a black man and my girlfriend was white. I was only there to pick up a DoorDash order and they were rude and wouldn’t let me get my meal inside but others could. The craziest part is these were black women, if u come here do it on your own will and fellas if you’re with a woman of a different race expect the side eye because that’s what these ghetto girls do."

"This location is trash and is the worst one in the area as far as service and food quality. I ordered a ten piece family meal spicy and a six piece wing combo. The girl that took our order was rude and talked over me and had to be told the same thing over and over to make sure the order was correct. I realized when we got to the window that she didn't ask what flavor I wanted for my wings. I had to tell her as I was paying that I wanted sweet and spicy because she took it upon herself and decided I wanted ghost pepper. After being told to pull down and wait we received our order, only to get home and see they only gave us thighs and drumsticks and the chicken was cold. We came straight home from the restaurant and had to warm up our food in the air fryer. What did we have to wait for if the food was already done AND cold? If they would've asked if I was ok getting all dark meat, I would've told them no and had no problem waiting for what I wanted but they didn't do that. They also didn't give us the five biscuits that comes with the meal. I absolutely despise this location. I've never been there and didn't have an issue. I won't be returning. Food is too expensive now to have to deal with trash attitudes, trash service, and to not get everything you paid for."

"Our order was 3 piece spicy wing meals. We were told it would be less than 2 minutes for spicy wings When we arrived at the window, there was only 1 spicy wing and 5 mild wings. One side was coleslaw which was 4 teaspoons. The container was not half filled. Also, one wing was so dark, it appeared something was wrong with the meat so we did not eat it."
