"Customer Service SUCKS!!!!!!!!! First it took long time for someone to stop talking to other cashier to come to register. cashier acted like I was bothering her because I didn't use self check out. Even though I wanted hot food, cigarettes and lottery tickets. First cashier walked away when I told her I wanted food from hot box. Next cashier didn't know the price of cigarettes and didn't even bother checking. Then when I asked if she got my lottery tickets she rolled her eyes and started talking to someone else instead of answering. Very rude people"
"Poor Service Friday evening from a female with “lead” on her name tag. Extremely poor service. I was inquiring about the hotdog buns for their meat on rollers by the nachos. The bun tray was empty and she informed me that they stock on third shift. I explained that I just needed one. She then suggested that I purchase a pack of hot dog buns. I don’t know who is over this situation but this lead joke cashier could never work for me. She refused to sell me a bun with the meat that was for sale and then she expected me to purchase a pack becaUse she was too lazy to probably walk ten ft to the back and get me one."
"I would like to first state that this is the first review I have ever written because of how many times I have had problems with the store manager Jason. Multiple times now I have had problems with his attitude and his odd sense of entitlement. Nothing like this would ever lead to me writing a review, but my latest experience deserves to be on the record. I was back home from college and while I was back I was working a job. After a long day of strenuous work I walked inside the establishment to get a six pack of beer. The people in front of me in line proceed to ask him questions about the new self checkout, very innocent normal questions. Jason begins to being unreasonably rude, I still don’t fully know what provoked him. As I move to the self checkout Jason proceeds to id me and question me, which is understandable. He proceeds to ask me my address on the id and I relay him a previous address that was not the one on the id. Recently I have switched addresses many times which I think is somewhat common with someone my age who is finishing college. I tried to explain this to him which at the time I thought he would understand, and expressed to him that he could scan the id to prove it’s a real id. I completely understand the right and reasoning not to serve me, if I was in his position I would have done the same thing. My problem is that he seemed to take this opportunity to be as rude as humanly possible. My mother who was in the car with me proceeds to walk into the store to let him know I am her son and actually legal age. He proceeds to once again take this opportunity to be rude not only to me but my mother as well. I would like to also put on the record that while he was being rude he was also showing this same sense of entitlement consistently reminding us that he is the store manager. Once again if this was a one time thing I would have just let this blow over and would have never thought about it. But this will be the last time I step foot inside this establishment simply because of my many bad experiences with this one man."
"It’s obviously that people are dramatic with the one star reviews, but this place could use some improvement. Receipt paper at the pumps are out, and the bath rooms definitely weren’t spotless. On the upside, there is a Redbox out front, a car wash, and it’s next to a Waffle House (so it’s a nice stop for a road trip)."
"Nice little store, they have beers and all the other small convenient things that you find at a regular convenient store. They also had 3 or 4 different flavors of slushies cocktails for you to take with. The store was clean but they had limited counter. This seemed like a busy store."
