"The beauty consultant from Ukraine was excellent! She put make up on my mom including eye cream, foundation, pressed powder, blush, lipstick, caffeine. I downloaded the app expecting to save some money but unfortunately that didn't happen. The total was nearly $350 and I nearly fainted!!! So, I paid for it but as soon as I got home I researched the products online and found them at way cheaper prices elsewhere, therefore I returned products to Ulta the very next day for a full refund. If you go to Ulta and get made up or are given recommendations, I highly suggest that you take pictures of the products, go home and research online for same product but at much cheaper prices."

"This Ulta sold me an empty product. The GrandeBrow was COMPLETELY empty. The brush on the inside was even dry. I live 2 hours and 45 minutes away from this Ulta. When I called, the manager told me she’d try to contact guest services, but they may not answer. She also noted that they were “really busy” and had lots of customers, which was odd to me considering that I was a customer myself. I’m no less important than the other customers. She told me the store manager would call me the next morning. That never happened. Thankfully, the Ulta in Memphis was happy to help me. I won’t be visiting the Ulta ever again. I see why customers open the products in the store."

"I went to this place ( Madison Ms location) on Wednesday, searching for perfume for my daughter. Instead of being greeted I was was watched like a hawk. The side eye looks were all over the place. They made sure you didn't ask them for assistance,because when you look them in their face and and attempt to ask for help they made sure they move fast and walked . Stupidity at its finest is all I can say . I will not be returning.I wish i could grade them less I would have. They need to realize everybody don't steal and a lot of us have the money and we are willing to pay for what we want. Period!!!!!!"

"I had to choose shadows and an eyebrow pencil. Oksana picked the perfect shades for me. She is also very knowledgeable about perfumes. I really liked the perfume she picked for me. When I come to Ulta I always ask Oksana for help. Also for a long time I could not find a hairdresser who could cut my hair perfectly. then a few people to advise me Irina. After her haircut, my hair looks perfect. I liked it very much. I will definitely be back"
