"First off let me just say this I love Moe’s !! I always get good customer service from other but today ! March 8th 2024 at 4:00 I received terrible service . Let me pin point that the cashier girl was super sweet ! The only kind one. But there was a lady around the age of mid 40s or early 50 & an older guy as well serving food . They were both so rude and pushy they gave off such horrible energy as if they are angry and aggravated and having smart responses I wasn’t asked if I could get queso on my meal and his response was “U can only have 1 spoon full & I wanted extra and was going to pay for that he made it seem as if he didn’t want to fix anything for me …. My meal was 39$ for a very very small amount of unfresh veggies as well … they both just threw my food together with attitude and I was so kind to them . I feel like life is too short to be unhappy and miserable and taking those actions out on others . I pray they turn their attitudes around ."

"I have visited this location several times.. service was great but I has been a couple of years. I ordered delivery thinking it was the location in Jackson but it wasn’t.. However I wish it was! Ordering on app is easy! Delivery was great! But the person or people who made my food must not have wanted to.. I got a bowl and added some items. Not EXTRA but regular items that were not included.. I put a check for jalapeños. My food had sooooo many jalapeños I could barely eat it. I love spicy but this was outrageous. I could have filled up a small drink cup with the amount of jalapeños that were on top and through out my bowl. Very unsatisfying.."

"Serving area was a disaster. Less than appetizing. Steak was like rubber. Self serve bar was empty. Drinks were empty. Staff was sloppy."

"Despite being short staffed today, Tina and Tony were handling business. With just them 2 serving a line of customers, they handled it with grace and ease. Friendly and smiling all the while having a line 10-15 people deep. Didn't mind a short wait when you have people working as fast as they can to ensure their customers are happy and having orders accurate. Thankful for both Tina and Tony and their dedication to their jobs and customers. Its hard to find gems like them!"

"When I got to the Madison Moe's Southwest Grill establishment to pick up my food at the time it was suppose to be ready at 8:44pm on yesterday 1/6/24, it was not even ready even after ordering my food online. Once I got there the lady at the preparing station was very rude, as well as just slopping anything on my order which was 6 tacos, the lady couldn't even get my order accurate. For what I paid for 6 tacos, the exact amount $26.87 and the rude lady could not get it right was just outrageously crazy. And the manager which I take was the manager on that day did offered me a free drink in the terrible customer service that they provided me, I appreciated that but that was still ridiculous. And this was absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in my life and I will most certainly will not be coming back as well as will let others know about the terrible experience I encountered on yesterday. If you can treat me that kind way I can only imagine how you treat other customers as well."
