People in the service industry should really learn about how to provide exceptional service! Make it right for every customer."

"This store is very clean and inviting. Someone will call out and welcome you when you enter. The employees are friendly and efficient. The display of food items is very well laid out and tells you a variety of things about each sandwich. Restrooms are clean and there is a good air change per minute. The sandwiches are very reasonable. My favorite is the Turkey, Bacon, Ranch on wheat. The person who makes your sandwich does not hold back on the amount that is put on the sandwich. Be sure to install the Firehouse app so you can get the points applied when you buy sandwiches. Get enough of them and you can get a free sandwich! Get to this store for a great lunch experience."

"If I was in a blind taste test with other sub shops, I bet I would choose Firehouse as the winner! The price was a little high for a sub imo, but the taste is second to none! We got the Medium Club on a Sub meal deal with the regular drink my wife had chips and I got the Potato Soup for $28. The honey ham added this surprisingly sweet taste and the bread was on point! The soup was a little bit watery for me, but had an excellent taste, the oyster crackers fit the bill! I added pics of our meal."
