"If I could give a negative star, I would. This place is horrible. From the manager to the cashiers . Rude and unprofessional."

"So this happened today. Dollar general has a total wireless pre paid phone that I purchased from another store. After I tried to activate the phone and it kept saying no SIM card when in fact one was in the phone, the representative tells me I need to return to dollar general to purchase another SIM card or refund. The manager didn’t know what I was talking about and said she didn’t have time to help because she was unloading a truck. No help there!!! Oh and don’t try to call the store because they just let the phone ring and ring."

"Much nicer store since remodel. Wider variety of food and refrigerator-freezer section is much larger. Staff seems more costumer-focused."

"The store is nice and clean but it would be nice if they could open more that one register at a time the line can get long and cause you to have to leave before you can check out"

"What was the point in adding to the grocery sections when the store refuses to open both registers?!?!?! I've had to leave this store 4 times THIS WEEK because the line is so long and there is only one register open with plenty of employees to open both registers. The employees lack any sort manners, and couldn't care less about the customers. The cursing, rude behavior, and disrespect that they not only allow but laugh also laugh about from the little thug teenagers in the store is disgusting. Step up Dollar General and get back to customer service!"
