"I love the staff here they work hard I never have problem with my food even if they are understaffed why keep going back to a place if you have a bad experience Everytime some people just feel so entitled I don't know who sees these reviews i can tell you this subway has more happy customers than mad ones even when I had an issue I reached out to the manager about it before running to post a bad review the problem was fixed some people will always have something negative to say keep up the good work guys you will always have my business"

"There was one employee, in the back. I had to ask the young man to get her to come out. He comes back & says "she's prepping". I politely asked could he ask her to step out for a sec. She comes out & explains, "I'm sorry ma'am, I'm prepping & it takes a while". Then suggested that I drive to the nearest Subway. Ummmmm NO! I personally, would have made a customer's sandwich (Prepping whatever item I needed for that particular customer) and after serving my customer, I would've continued prepping. PERIOD!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & THEY NEED TO CLOSE IF THEY CAN'T KEEP 2 EMPLOYEES AT EACH SHIFT TIME TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!"

"Hate this place. Wrote a review on customer satisfaction they still didnt get back to me on it either. It stinks. Long story short, that's the last time that I'll be there ever. Eat here if you wanna get sick. Sloppy employees. 1 employee served while the other was on her phone. The one serving took sooo long to serve us, the sandwiches got soggy."
