However, every location that I go to lately has really started to fell like the customer aren't even considered visitors, instead it's like we are children of burnt out mother who isn't even paying attention to us when she is handing us what we have been bugging her about for the last 10 minutes."

"PJ's coffee is my number coffee shop! My favorite is Hot Matcha Green latte with coconut milk always. I realized something before saying Anything about the barista's, a cold front came through last night, line around the building and ppl inside. Girls y'all are doing a great job getting those orders out! Never give up! Y'all got this! I wasn't greeted when I walked in, but I can hear them saying at the window, "y'all have great day! Enjoy"."
