"What a lack of respect from the worker and a bad example on her part. Today we went with my dad and mom. I'm not from this country so I don't speak English well. I speak 4 languages. I still don't speak Spanish. I'm learning English. It felt ugly. Just because of my skin color, I imagine he thought I spoke Spanish and the way he said it to the other employee felt ugly from my point of view, but that's where we see which workers we really have to have and people who don't pass by on the phone anymore. and have a good activity with clients who do not speak English, who are there to help and find solutions with clients so that they are satisfied, more work and less telephone"

"Would give less than one star if I could.. I agree with all the negative reviews on here. I sent my neighbor in the store for me a couple of times. He was treated horribly and told the same as I was when I called"YOU AND YOUR NEIGHBOR ARE NOT ALLOWED TO COME BACK TO THIS STORE." Used to be a good place when manager Chuck was there. Corporate said the manager was going to mail me a refund but I never received it. I bought ALOT of furniture in there when it was managed by Chuck. My friend is recovering from a stroke and I'm disabled. They refused to sell him a simple concrete repair tube. Awful experience. And nobody cares how they treat people. Cashiers are very hateful and run the store. No job is too small for them to make a mess of something and WILL NOT REFUND ANYTHING EVEN WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. Everyone who is having issues should call corporate to complain. They must not be reading the negative reviews."

"I bought a chainsaw which was supposed new and turns out it’s used because when I tried to start it I broke apart please people don’t buy from this store because they won’t let you return it!!!!!!"

"Plenty of inventory, simply because the prices are too high. Disorganized boxes everywhere employees show no sign of care to assist you have to find them and when you see them throughout the store they walk away from you watch out for the kid in the back on the forklift. Only one register so if you come on a busy day prepare to wait in line. I don't think I'll be coming back here just a bad experience."
