"I didn't want to select any stars but apparently that is the only way to leave a review. I was just in this store looking around as I want to color and dread my hair and was looking for a specific type of extensions. I did not see what I was looking for so I just continued to window shop if you will. I had just finished smelling some of the body oil perfume when the security guard told me I had to leave if I wasn't making a purchase. When did it become the wrong thing to do to just look around in a store? I was humiliated! It was rude! They didn't know if I had plans on spending a few $100 or not. I wonder if it is because I'm white? Make it make since. I have never heard of anyone being asked to leave if they aren't buying something."

"I came to this store and purchased some braiding hair products that I use on my clients. One of the products I had slipped out of my hands and the plastic container broke when it hit the floor. I put the bottle back on the shelf upside down to let others know it was defective and switched it for a new one. I had already checked out and had my bag on the counter as my sister was checking out her items. The worker dug through my bag before even completing my sisters purchase to look for the shattered item and tried to force me to pay for a broken item as if I purposely broke it. I had already paid for the new one that wasn’t broken but he exchanged the items out of my bag since I wouldn’t pay for a broken item. In the end, I technically paid for the item that was broken but he could’ve handled that situation differently and it’s not like I purposely dropped it. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!"

"I was helped by Joe. He was very patient and helped me go through the store to find what I was looking for. Along with things for your hair, they have a good selection of rugs. Even though I didn't find just the right rug, or alcohol-free hair products, I still left happy with my hair accessory purchase. I also love to know that some customers had the opportunity to win some of the money back or other prizes. This was a neat way to get customers to come back. Super cool!
