"This is far the best experience I've had in a Old Navy, there was a young lady who help me patiently she went step by step in helping me order online. She was putting out stock I'm sorry I didn't get her name BUT when I got to the register Cedric demonstrate PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO, THE BEST, hands down to both of these employees for knowing how to treat people, I've never got that type of service at Dogwood. This was 11/21/23 around noon!!!"

"I needed help finding clothes for my son. They didn't have any of his sizes in the store. This wonderful young lady helped us by going down the receipt one by one looking up the items on the website for about 30 minutes. She then ordered the items and scheduled them for us. I don't know her name but, her customer service and friendliness was immaculate. My son and I both thank her for being a rare find!"
"Extremely crowded and merchandise picked through. Here is an idea if you've got 25 people in line stop pushing your credit card which takes another 15 to 20 minutes for someone to complete. Take care of all your customers and ensure they are checked out in a timely manner, not just those filling out a credit card application"
