Reviews
"This is the worst retail store I've ever been in. There were two people in the store when I entered, I assume both were employees. No one spoke to me....no one seemed to be interested in helping me. I didn't know Sears had sunk this low."
"Fast and friendly. Upfront about availability and delivery of our new washer and dryer. Delivery guys disconnected and hauled away the old unit and fully connected the new one in its place. Great experience after being ignored at the other local appliance store when we were the only two customers in there."
"Nice hometown store that half the town doesn't know that it is in our town. They have weekly deals that beat all of the rent to own stores. You can even get some appliances just by setting up an account and paying weekly or monthly for them. The store is packed to the gills with everything that you might need for your home or garden. Stop by and check these guys out I guarantee you will be surprised."
"It was strange and a bit of a joke. There were only kids working there, and by kids I mean school-aged teenagers trying to get their summer time paychecks. While we were there, a few were laying on the mattresses talking. It was ridiculous. The kid helping us was obviously just trying to sell us whatever he could. They were all so out of place and didn't know much about what they were selling us, but at least they were polite. Whoever own this place needs to make sure a knowledgeable adult is on site to help paying customers. Sears isn't a day care center, folks."
"They knew nothing about dishwashers, and spent more time trying to sell the extended warranty than selling the dishwasher. I did end up buying the dishwasher, which was to be delivered the following Monday. However, they called me later to advise that the dishwasher had already been sold and they would refund my money."
